The cigar has a blend that uses an Ecuadorian habano-seed wrapper, a Sumatra wrapper, and a filler of Dominican, criollo 98, and Nicaragua Esteli tobaccos. It is produced by Tabacalera El Artista in the Dominican Republic. For now, production is being limited to just 2,000 boxes, though that number may increase in the future. Ghurka’s Dragonfly line was made to commemorate a beloved team member, the late Cristina Santano. For her dogged determination and relentless positivity, she was known as “Dragonfly.” Made in the Dominican Republic, the Dragonfly cigar comprises a Sumatra wrapper encasing a binder from the Dominican Republic and fillers from Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic.
