1. Wholesale Customers Only

Habano Cigars Wholesale ships exclusively to licensed retailers and approved wholesale partners. By placing an order, you confirm that you:

  • Hold all required state and local tobacco licenses
  • Are legally authorized to purchase and resell tobacco products
  • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws

We reserve the right to request documentation prior to processing any order.


2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During high-volume periods or product launches, processing times may be extended.

3. Shipping Methods

We ship via reputable carriers such as:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • Freight carriers (for pallet or large-volume orders)

Shipping method will be selected based on order size, weight, and destination.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted separately for large orders.
  • Freight orders may require custom shipping quotes.
  • Any additional accessorial charges (liftgate, residential delivery, limited access) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time after shipment:

  • Midwest: 1–3 business days
  • East Coast / South: 2–4 business days
  • West Coast: 3–5 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Habano Cigars Wholesale is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or unforeseen shipping interruptions.


6. Temperature & Climate Advisory

Cigars are sensitive to extreme temperatures.

  • We monitor weather conditions before shipping.
  • During extreme heat or freezing conditions, we may delay shipment to protect product quality.
  • Expedited shipping may be recommended during temperature-sensitive periods.

7. Shipping Damage & Claims

All shipments should be inspected immediately upon delivery.

If damage is present:

  1. Note the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt.
  2. Take photos of the packaging and product.
  3. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may void claim eligibility.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

However, we will assist in filing claims if a package is lost in transit. Habano Cigars Wholesale is not responsible for theft after confirmed delivery.


9. Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused:

  • Return shipping and restocking fees may apply.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

10. Order Accuracy

Please verify shipping address accuracy before submitting your order.

Habano Cigars Wholesale is not responsible for delivery delays or losses caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.


11. Restricted States

We ship only to states and jurisdictions where tobacco wholesale distribution is legally permitted and properly licensed.

We reserve the right to decline shipment to any location where compliance requirements are not met.
