Refund and Returns Policy
Habano Cigars Wholesale

Habano Cigars Wholesale is committed to delivering premium cigars and accessories in excellent condition. Due to the nature of tobacco products and regulatory requirements, all sales are subject to the following return and refund terms.
1. Wholesale Sales Only
All products are sold exclusively to licensed retailers and approved wholesale partners. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. All Tobacco Sales Final
Due to health regulations, product integrity standards, and state tobacco laws:
- All cigar and tobacco product sales are final.
- We do not accept returns on cigars once they have left our facility.
- We do not accept returns due to slow sell-through or overstock.
3. Damaged or Defective Product
If product arrives damaged:
- Inspect shipment immediately upon delivery.
- Note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt.
- Take clear photos of packaging and product.
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to report damage within 48 hours may void eligibility for replacement or credit.
Approved claims may result in:
- Replacement product
- Account credit
- Partial refund (at our discretion)
4. Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Product must remain unopened and in original packaging.
- We will arrange correction at our expense if error is verified.
5. Shipping Errors & Refused Deliveries
If a shipment is refused for reasons not caused by Habano Cigars Wholesale:
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from any credit issued.
- A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Temperature-Related Concerns
Cigars are sensitive to extreme temperatures.
We take precautions when shipping, but Habano Cigars Wholesale is not responsible for:
- Damage caused by improper storage after delivery
- Exposure to extreme heat or cold after confirmed delivery
- Improper humidification at the retail location
Proper humidor storage (65–72% RH) is required upon receipt.
7. Non-Tobacco Accessories
Unused, unopened non-tobacco accessories (cutters, lighters, humidors, etc.) may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval.
- Return authorization required.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item is defective.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Collection actions
- Revocation of wholesale privileges
We encourage contacting us directly to resolve any billing issues.
9. Compliance & Regulatory Limitations
Due to federal, state, and local tobacco regulations, certain products may not be eligible for return under any circumstances.
We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not comply with regulatory or policy requirements.
